- To uninstall Remote Service Manager, you must have "Administrator" privileges.
- For starting the uninstaller, double-click "uninstall.exe" under the installation directory\(installation identifier).
- After clicking the windows start menu, select "Control Panel" > "Add or Remove Programs". For Windows 2000 Professional and Windows 2000 Server, select "Add and Remove Applications".
- Select "Cybozu (R) Remote Service 3.x.x (installation identifier)" from "Currently installed programs:".
- ClickRemove.
- ClickNext.
- Select "Complete Uninstall", and clickNext.To keep the configuration files, select "Uninstall Specific Features", and then select "Application" on the next screen.
- ClickDone.The installation is completed.
